Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008, the Poe Lagoon is a site of immense beauty and home to numerous species of fish, coral and other marine animals. It is a preserved ecosystem teeming with life and is a sanctuary for many endangered species such as dugongs and sea turtles. There are many ways to discover this magical place, whether by kayak, kite-surf, paddle, glass-bottom boat, diving or microlight. In all cases, the colours and scenery are breathtaking and well worth a visit.
