Eat local and seasonal with local Caledonian products in Bourail from Maryse.
Maryse Vidoire raises 50 cattle on her 80 ha property. She also grows seasonal vegetables (onions, carrots, dried beans and garlic) and is well known for her sweet and savoury preparations: jellies, banana jams, papaya, orange, passion fruit, fig, Malabar plum, raspberry, mango, potato, pumpkin, coconut, syrups and pickles.

You will find La Pomea products available for purchase on the farm and in the markets of South province. Above all, don't forget to taste Maryse's delicious rums!
