Nouméa Tourist Office – The Quays
Located by the waterfront, the Nouméa Tourist Office – The Quays is reopening its doors with a display that will awaken all your senses. You’ll find advice on the best routes to explore the Southern Province, as well as a selection of environmentally friendly souvenirs. Our advisors are ready to help you plan your next adventures, whether it’s hiking, beaches, or cultural visits.
- Reopening hours: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Free parking for the first hour.
Bourail Tourist Office
The Bourail Tourist Office is also reopening its doors after a temporary closure. Located at the entrance to the Deva Estate, it is the perfect starting point to explore the wonders of this region, where land meets sea. Our team warmly welcomes you and offers plenty of activity ideas and recommendations for great spots to visit.
- Reopening hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM / 1:15 PM – 4:30 PM
- During school holidays: Wednesday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM / 1:15 PM – 4:30 PM
Nouméa Tourist Information Point – Aquarium des Lagons
Our Tourist Information Point at the Aquarium des Lagons is once again accessible with adjusted hours to better meet your needs. This modern, open-access space is perfect for finding advice on the best activities to enjoy with family, as a couple, or with friends. Come explore our offers and meet our passionate team, who will guide you through the wonders of the Southern Province.
- Reopening hours: Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Weekends, public holidays, school vacations, and school activity Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Nouméa Airport Tourist Information Point – La Tontouta
To make your arrival or departure easier, the Tourist Information Point at La Tontouta Airport is open once again for your convenience. Here, you’ll find all the information you need to begin or end your trip on a high note. We are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays to assist you during daytime flights. Additionally, you can make use of the self-service area 7 days a week to access brochures and information even outside of these days.
