Aircalin connects us to Southeast Asia with the opening of the route between Nouméa and Singapore and the introduction of 2 to 3 rotations per week.

On July 2 at 9 a.m., flight SB701 from Singapore landed in Tontouta, with the first 291 passengers on board eager to discover New Caledonia

Destination Province Sud mobilized to make this 1st landing a special event and to show Singapore its enthusiasm for welcoming new tourists .

An XXL welcome banner with a backdrop of our “most beautiful lagoon in the world” was thus deployed, in partnership with Aircalin, teams from the CCI as well as those from Engie Pacific Airport.
A special and photogenic attention to make an impression as soon as the aircraft landed, and to communicate about the destination!”

Destination Province Sud wishes to promote experiential tourism with “ready-to-live” tourism products that showcase all the players in tourism in the Southern Province. The aim is to raise the profile of what’s on offer, and showcase the sector’s many nuggets of talent.

The Changi Airport hub, the world’s 7th largest airport, should make it possible to attract new tourist customers to New Caledonia, to whom it is essential to be able to offer experiences in line with their expectations in order to seduce them, keep them coming back and make them ambassadors for our destination
