On October 6, Aquarium des Lagons officially became a shareholder in Sud Tourisme Nouvelle Calédonie. This position will allow it to represent the group of local authorities

This agreement formalises a strong partnership between the tourist attractiveness agency and the Aquarium des Lagons, the region’s leading tourist attraction.

Since April 2022, a Sud Tourisme information point has been set up at the Aquarium entrance, a strategic location for providing information to the 80,000 or so visitors who visit the facility each year. L’Aquarium des Lagons has also joined forces with Sud Tourisme on a number of events, including the Salon du Tourisme and the Foire de Bourail, to offer exceptional entertainment and special offers.

This real synergy between the structures means that we can look forward to many joint projects over the coming months, including the commercial development of Turtle Watching, which will be held in Bourail from November 2023 to March 2024.
