I Highly Recommend the Plateau Dogny trail
This is a stunning 16-kilometer hike with a breathtaking plateau where you can see both sides of the island—the Canala Bay to the east and the west coast stretching from Ouano to Boulouparis. The views are simply magnificent.
You can camp at the top, but make sure to stock up on water or bring purification tablets. Along the trail, you might spot the legendary “mother of all plants,” the Amborella Trichopoda.
At the start or end of your hike, take a refreshing break at Trou Feillet, where you’ll find a natural waterslide to enjoy!
