Cool off while learning

The option of a cultural outing combines staying cool with cultural learning: discover museums, each as varied and interesting as the next, to expand your knowledge while staying cool!
Explore the city of Nouméa’s past at the Musée de la ville, the seas and nautical life at the Musée maritime, New Caledonian heritage at the Centre culturel Tjibaou or the impact of the Second World War.
In the bush, the Musée de Bourail stands out for welcoming you in a historic stone building.

Relax with a massage

What could be more satisfying than a massage when the sun is beating down?
Traditional, Thai or Indonesian massages, in Nouméa or in the bush – there’s no shortage of options!

Enjoy a movie or a play

New Caledonia is above all a nature destination, but it also has a rich cultural scene. Throughout the year, you can attend a number of local productions or simply take in a painting.

Indoor entertainment

Museums aren’t the only way to keep cool indoors: Nouméa offers four options for fun with friends and family.
Observe the fish in the lagoon without getting wet, use your brain to solve puzzles, play a round of golf without getting a sunburn or take part in New Caledonia’s favourite game: bingo!
