From 15 to 17 September, thanks to the commitment and support of the South Province, the Centre Culturel Tjibaou will host the « Francofolies » music festival.
The event, which is expected to draw over 8,000 people over 3 days, is the biggest music festival in New Caledonia.Like its big brother in La Rochelle, it is proposing a popular and daring lineup that will thrill festival-goers. On stage, crowd-favourite artists such as Louane, Roméo Elvis, Kyo, Jahneration, Sofiane Pamart, Florent Moro, Mome, Pink Cotton, Inu, and Kuby.
The South Province is delighted with this gig, boosting the cultural and musical scene in New Caledonia. « The South Province has been backing the festival from the get-go, and we’re delighted to encourage this cultural event with an international reach. It’s a fantastic opportunity to promote our culture and destination. It’s also an opportunity to offer Caledonians access to these famous French-speaking artists, » says Gil Brial, 2nd vice-president of the South Province.
